The cinema part of the festival, which took place in seven cities, gathered a total of 93 884 participants (compared to 89 223 in 2023):
WARSAW: 61,227 participants (compared to 47,723 in 2023)
WROCŁAW: 11,425 participants (compared to 10,021 in 2023)
GDYNIA: 7,913 participants (compared to 7,068 in 2023)
POZNAŃ: 5,875 participants (compared to 5,711 in 2023)
KATOWICE: 3,323 participants (compared to 2,852 in 2023)
ŁÓDŹ: 1,097 participants (compared to 609 in 2023)
BYDGOSZCZ: 1,721 participants (compared to 1,476 in 2023)
FESTIVAL WEEKEND: 1,321 participants (compared to 1,513 in 2023)

69: THE MILLENNIUM DOCS AGAINST GRAVITY FESTIVAL NPS RESULT
78% of the festival’s viewers are Promoters (people who would definitely recommend the brand to others), 13% are Passives and 9% are Detractors.
The Net Promoter Score is an index that measures the customer’s satisfaction with the brand and their willingness to recommend it to others. Respondents are asked questions and based on their answers three types of customers are selected: Promoters of the brand, Detractors and Passives. Every result above 30 is considered to be good.

69% of the respondents were women, 31% were men.
The largest groups of participants were individuals aged 25-34 (36%) and those aged 25-44 (25%).
We have great hopes about the future! In addition to the hybrid formula, retained for the 2025 Festival, in December 2020 we launched a permanent VOD platform: VOD.MDAG.PL, which hosts the best documentaries from the previous editions of Millennium Docs Against Gravity as well as art-house features. This way the festival became a year-round event, constantly carrying out its key goals: popularising film culture, educating about documentary filmmaking, and—most importantly—reaching the widest possible audience with interesting, moving, and wise stories.
